Replacement Eligibility

  • The product was damaged during delivery
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is defective or unusable upon arrival

Replacement Request Time

To be eligible for a replacement, customers must contact us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the order.

Proof Required

To process your replacement request, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging (if damaged)

Requests without proper proof may not be approved.

Non-Replaceable Items

Replacement will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Improper handling or care of plants/products
  • Natural variations in plant size, color, or shape
  • Minor soil spillage during transit
  • Delayed requests beyond the replacement period

Replacement Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • A replacement product will be shipped at no extra cost, or
  • Store credit may be provided if the product is unavailable

Cancellation Policy

Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. Cancellation requests are accepted only before dispatch.
