Pusa Arunima Mango Plant (Mangifera indica) is an elite hybrid mango variety developed by the Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI), New Delhi, by crossing Amrapali × Sensation and released in 2002. It is a regular-bearing, semi-vigorous variety known for its attractive red-coloured peel, fibreless juicy pulp, pleasant sweet-tangy flavour and excellent keeping quality. The fruit is medium to large, typically around 230–250 g, with approximately 19.5°Brix TSS, and ripens around the first week of August in North India. It is suitable for closer planting and is also a good choice for home, terrace and container gardening when grown as a grafted plant.
